Bottle Washer

The horizontal and vertical movements have to be co-ordinated to protect products. The drives are usually connected by a fieldbus that distributes status information.

Lifts must be able to hold any vertical position. VLT® drives assure this.

Flexible bottle washing
VLT® drives with servo performance keep conveyors synchronous and ensure that on- and off loading of the bottles is synchronous with the conveyor chain, even a change in set-up or disturbance.
Easy change of set-up

The electronic cam disc operation permits a simple change of setup for different bottle types.

Permanent magnet motor operation
VLT® drives are available for permanent magnet motor operation for accurate positioning and synchronising control and fast ramp times. An algorithm in the VLT® AutomationDrive can manage almost all servomotors in closed-loop control with an external encoder attached to the motor. It communicates via ENDAT, Hyperface or Resolver encoders.

Reliability is critical
The internal speed controller provides stable and accurate circulation of the machine. Short downtimes are provided by a brake chopper that turns the motor into a generator to absorb the energy.

Danfoss introduceert de nieuwe VLT Low Harmonic Drives

Waar andere technieken voor het onderdrukken van harmonischen afhankelijk zijn van een stabiele belasting of effect hebben op de aangesloten motor, zorgen de nieuwe VLT Low Harmonic Drives van Danfoss voor een optimale onderdrukking van harmonischen onafhankelijk van de belasting en zonder de prestaties van de motor te beinvloeden.

De VLT Low Harmonic Drives voldoen aan de strengste eisen op het gebied van harmonischen en voorzien in een complete grafische weergave van de prestaties van de regelaar en van het gedrag van het net.

De VLT Low Harmonic Drives zijn leverbaar in het vermogensbereik van 160-710 kW (380-460V), in een IP21 en een IP54 uitvoering.
